Shipping and Returns

All us.viktor-rolf.com orders are subject to processing and handling times; we will do our best to get your order processed as fast as possible and handed off to your chosen carrier.

Our shipping carrier does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday nor do they delivery to Post Office boxes.

APO/FPO and PO Box orders will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail, please allow 10 to 12 business days for delivery. Due to USPS shipping regulations, certain restricted products cannot ship to these locations (see Restricted Products below for a complete list).

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the US Virgin Islands will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail (no PO Box/APO/FPO addresses), plus an additional surcharge will be applied; please allow 10 to 12 business days for delivery. We do not ship outside the U.S. at this time (with the exception of APO/FPO addresses and the U.S. territories).

Order Modifications/Cancellations

Orders submitted on our website process and ship very quickly. Regrettably, we cannot cancel or modify orders. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please note, due to shipping regulations, a number of our products are required to ship by ground within the United States. Additionally, these products cannot ship to the U.S. Virgin Islands. Priority or express shipping may not be available for you to select upon check-out and the entire order will be shipped via ground shipping. Please note that some remote areas can only be delivered by air. For these regions we will unfortunately be unable to ship orders.

Your ultimate satisfaction with Viktor&Rolf is our goal. Therefore, we gladly accept a return of any item purchased at us.viktor-rolf.com upon receiving it within 45 days of the original purchase date. Please be sure to enclose a copy of your invoice, and the reason for your return. Products sold via us.viktor-rolf.com may not be returned to other store locations. Viktor&Rolf products purchased in all other locations may not be returned to the Viktor&Rolf eCommerce website.

Unfortunately, engraved products cannot be returned or exchanged unless due to product defect.

Please note that final sale items, engraved items, promotional gift items, and e-gift cards are not eligible for return.

Customers who purchase products from the Viktor&Rolf website may return them by mail. To ensure a prompt and secure delivery, we recommend sending your return via United Parcel Service (UPS) or U.S. Postal Service (USPS) insured parcel post and keeping a copy of your return tracking number.

For our bookkeeping purposes, we respectfully request that you include the sales receipt and/or invoice with any return. If you purchase Viktor&Rolf products from unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot offer you our money-back guarantee or otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter.
