I opened the box and saw why: the perfume and candle had been packed without ANY cushioning material!!!! The perfume box itself was crushed at the corners and coming apart and the candle had melted and the wax dissolved the glue of the carton it was in and stained everything with candle grease!!! HOW CAN I GIVE THIS DAMAGED PRODUCT AS A GIFT??? My daughter requested this as a special 21st birthday gift otherwise I never would've spent such an exorbitant amount for a perfume. And now her birthday is SIXTEEN DAYS AWAY and the "high-end" gift I'll be presenting to her will come in a dented, unglued carton because it was mailed with no bubble wrap or void fill materials to prevent it from shifting or colliding during shipping. It is too late to send it back. I'll have to get my daughter something else that was NOT on her gift list!!!! I expect to be reimbursed for this disaster. I bought your expensive item in good faith and the way it was packed was an insult and a disgrace.
